I have cried all my tears. For now.

I'm at work today, and I feel incredibly guilty about leaving him alone. Even tho he doesn't even respond most of the time.

Our appt is tomorrow night. It doesn't seem real. It really doesn't. My heart is broken.

Wow, life sure can change quickly. My healthy (as he could be), stable, and troublesome in a good way, kitty has turned into a kitty I barely recognize. I don't know why or how but he has taken a turn for the worst and there's nothing I can do except try and coax him to eat and hope he will magically snap out of it.

He is breaking my heart, I just want to take away his pain. I love him so much.

Someone loves his cat carrier. I don't know how I got so lucky, that he has never put up a fight when the carrier comes out, and doesn't mind riding in the car.

Two days after I got him I brought him back to Gwood with me, and I was scared he would be car sick or something so I locked him in the carrier. He freaked out and threw himself against the wire door and it was so bad I thought he would break a tooth. So, I opened the door. He gave me a look, curled up on some laundry and has been fine with the car and his carrier ever since. This is a blessing, especially when he went through his surgeries and had to drive 2 hours both ways.

So while he may have some not so great qualities, he has some great ones too.

However, I do always leave his crate out for a couple days before and after I bring him anywhere, just to re-neutralize the carrier. I don't know if its necessary but it doesn't hurt!

King of Komfort

He stole my blanket, my toes are freezing......but who could disturb that? Seriously. No one.

I accidentally slept like 11 hours last night. And now I am feeling entirely unproductive. Meh.

Someone is a little bit tired from his big weekend. He is so happy to be back where he can relax. :) he loves going outside at Grandma's but he never fully relaxes when he is inside.

I will be nervous about his breathing all weekend but we made it to my parents. He loves to go outside here, and luckily it sounds like it will be cool enough that he can.

Vet tomorrow, I'm going to try bribing him with reddi whip to avoid some level of stress. We will see.....for obvious reasons he does not enjoy the vet.

I keep trying to tell him its a kitty vacation, but he just doesn't relax as well here.

I have been on the phone my entire morning, and am currently still waiting for someone to return a call before u can make another one. So I woke the cat up from his all day nap and he attacked. Rahhh!

At work we have two trees in pots in the lobby of the visitor center.

I was (still am) working a rental and some guy comes up and asks me how the trees grow inside.

Uh, what? I didn't really know how to answer. I was like, well its a plant. Blank stare. It's in a pot? Oh, ok.

SERIOUSLY HOW IS THAT A SERIOUS QUESTION. have you never seen a plant grow inside?

finally!

I finally am reading this, after hearing how amazing it was from....well, everyone! I started it before the movie this afternoon, and I swear I would have been willing to read through the movie (btw hangover 2 was funny, but not as great as number one).

I am currently on pg 200 already. I can't slow myself down, even though I know I will be bummed when I finish them, like with the last harry potter. However, I hope it doesn't make me bitter and jaded when the movie comes out like Twilight. However, these are already written one thousand times better than the twilight books.
